Embark on a sensory journey through Morocco with this vibrant, summer-forward menu.
Begin with a refreshing Chilled Cucumber & Mint B’stilla Bite, a playful twist on tradition, followed by a layered Zaalouk Verrine—smoky eggplant and tomato elegantly presented. Sip on a silky Chilled Harira Blanche, a delicate reimagining of the classic soup. For mains, savor the bold flavors of Chermoula-Grilled Halibut, kissed with North African spices, and the rich, aromatic Summer Lamb Tagine, slow-cooked with seasonal vegetables and warm spices. End on a sweet note with the floral elegance of Rosewater & Pistachio M’hanncha, a coiled pastry that’s as beautiful as it is indulgent.
